1. Account & Registration
To use TrapDoordash, you must create an account with a valid Minecraft username. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and password. All activity under your account is your responsibility.
2. Service Overview
TrapDoordash is a server-wide marketplace for buying, selling, and delivering items. The service consists of three main roles:
- Clients: Purchase items from merchants
- Merchants: List and sell products to clients
- Dashers: Deliver orders between clients and merchants
3. Payment & Balance
All transactions use TrapDoordash balance, which can be funded via in-game commands. Payments are processed through the DemocracyCraft Treasury API. Once a payment is made, it cannot be refunded or reversed.
4. Merchant Requirements
Merchants must:
- Set a valid business name and address
- Agree to the Merchant Agreement
- Maintain accurate product listings
- Fulfill orders as placed by clients
- Accept zero merchant fees — keep 100% of your product price
5. Dasher Requirements
Dashers must:
- Provide delivery proof (screenshot) upon completion
- Deliver orders to the correct location
- Not tamper with or lose items in transit
- Earn $3 base per delivery plus tips and bonuses for multi-store orders
6. Order Delivery & Disputes
Orders proceed through four stages: Pending → In Transit → Delivered → Confirmed. Clients must confirm delivery. If a client disputes a delivery, the TrapDoordash team will review available evidence including delivery screenshots.
7. User Conduct
Users must not:
- Attempt to scam, defraud, or deceive other users
- List prohibited items
- Harass or abuse other users
- Attempt to exploit the platform's mechanics
- Use multiple accounts to circumvent bans or restrictions
8. Account Suspension & Bans
TrapDoordash reserves the right to suspend or ban accounts that violate these terms. Bans can be service-wide, or limited to specific roles (ordering, dashing, merchant). Banned users lose access to the platform.
9. Service Fees
- Delivery Fee: $5.00 base + $0.50 per additional store (client pays)
- Merchant Service Fee: None — merchants keep 100% of their product price
- Dasher Compensation: $4.00 base + $0.40 per additional store + tips
10. Limitation of Liability
TrapDoordash is provided "as-is" without warranties. We are not liable for lost items, failed deliveries, or disputes between users. Users assume all risk in using the platform.
11. Changes to Terms
TrapDoordash reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of updated terms.

For support issues, contact the TrapDoordash team on the server. Report violations or abuse to server administrators.
